No instructions. How do you use flower stamp. Upside down or straight up. Does not seem to do either way. Please se d instructions

Oh no! Sorry to leave you guessing. Just push down with your palm over the top of the dispenser, then turn your hand over to see the foam flower before scrubbing your hands clean.
